Waterloo Fire Station Apartments

Transforming the old ex fire station in Waterloo, Lower Hutt, to a modern use of the Heritage 1 rated building was one of our latest accomplishments. The end result, the old and unused fire station of 14 years was transformed to create 14 modern, high spec apartments in central Lower Hutt.

Our construction work included: extensive structural strengthening, full internal demolition, installation of temporary supports and braces, full internal build and fit out of 14 apartment spaces, solid plastering of the building exterior. This multi-million dollar project for 14 apartments, required fastidious attention to design, and exceptional project management throughout the build.
