Duncan Rawson is a proud member of Site Safe. All staff complete Site Safe training, with supervisors completing additional Site Safe Supervisor training.
We believe great safety outcomes come from strong leadership, clear communication, and everyone playing their part.
Our goal is simple: zero harm.
That means identifying risks before they become problems, continually improving the way we work, and creating a culture where safety is part of every decision we make.
From inspections and inductions to hazard reporting and compliance records, ThinkSafe gives our team real-time visibility and ensures important safety information is captured, communicated, and actioned.
By using technology to streamline our processes, we improve accountability, reduce administration, and keep our focus where it belongs: creating safer, better-managed construction sites.
Overall responsibility sits with our leadership team, supported by a dedicated contracted Health & Safety Manager who provides specialist advice, project support, audits, and ongoing oversight.
Each project also has designated Safety Representatives, First Aiders, and Fire Wardens to ensure the right support is available on site.
This is a commitment we make to our people, our clients, our subcontractors, and the communities we work in.
Because at the end of every project, the most important thing we build is a workplace where everyone gets home safely.
