We have our own in-house procedures for the ‘Pre-Construction’, ‘Construction’ and ‘Handover’ stages of a project. With our own developed in-house expertise, it means we can easily adapt these to meet the specific needs of our clients.
We have dedicated Site Managers nominated for each project and they are supported by the Managing Director.
We have considerable experience of working on sites where the buildings are occupied. We are often called on to assist in these types of projects because of our approach to deliver. A result stemming from our strong internal communication practices, having well developed methodologies, and undertaking thorough site impact assessments.
Our diverse and experienced team of 22 full-time staff feels like an extended family. Many have been with us since the early days, and we’re committed to growing our team’s expertise and supporting the next generation through apprenticeships and hands-on experience.
We have regular team meetings and events, which helps us build our team’s expertise, strong team culture, and cross team communication. This also supports our ability to build a strong stable team, reflected in our low staff turnover.
