Developing 12 new townhouses for Te Āhuru Mōwai and in partnership with Kāinga Ora, resulted in the completion of this new housing development, supporting the local Elsdon community. The new townhouses were split into 4 blocks, consisting of one-, two- and three-bedroom homes.
Our construction work included: the installation of stormwater and sewer detention systems, access road with on-site car parking, the build of duplex units and single storey accessible units, internal fittings and features of all rooms including kitchens and bathrooms. Our scope included extensive landscaping with a planting selection of native New Zealand plants.
