Our expertise in the construction of multi-unit housing projects is demonstrated in this townhouse development project. In less than 1 year, we completed an extensive build of 10 new townhouses in Ferry Road, Days Bay. There were 3 blocks of townhouses consisting of two- and three-bedroom homes, with carports and off-street parking.
Our construction work included: full site preparation, land clearance, preparation and build of foundations, full build of the 10 modern townhouses, internal fittings and features of all rooms including kitchens and bathrooms, installation of internal solid oak stairs and glass balustrades.
The new multi-unit housing block / townhouses at 4 – 8 Ferry Road, was successfully built and handed over ahead of the project schedule.
